Hvorfor skal jeres virksomhed overhovedet beskæftige sig med det? Det er der flere gode grunde til. En af de vigtigste…500.000 danskere er udbrændte på jobbet som følge af stress. Der er rent faktisk 1.5 million ekstra sygedage i landet grundet stress. Der er naturligvis mange årsager til at medarbejdere ikke har det godt i jobbet eller præsterer godt nok og alt stress skyldes ikke arbejdspladsen.

Mental sundhed i virksomheden handler bestemt om meget andet. F.eks. arbejdsglæde. Når medarbejderne oplever at de har arbejdsglæde, så bliver de mere effektive. Dette betyder altså at virksomheden både får gladere medarbejdere, men også bedre resultater.

Mentaltræning er muligvis den allermest effektive metode til at hjælpe ledere og medarbejdere med at skabe en endnu bedre hverdag. I vil kunne måle jeres udvikling da I både gennemgår en starttest og sluttest. I forløbet får I tre workshops, hvor I får input og arbejder praktisk med jeres egen mentale styrke og sundhed. Afhængig af, hvad den enkelte medarbejder vælger at fokusere på, så vil der vise sig positive resultater ift. en øget ro, mere glæde, en mere konstruktiv tilgang i jobbet, styrket motivation, bedre søvn og meget andet. Disse resultater kommer ud fra at I får en større viden om mental styrke og sundhed. I vil udvikle jer gennem forløbet, hvor I regelmæssigt gennem praktiske øvelser og mentaltræning mellem møderne.
